What we do
Five areas, one question: what does your business need to change to reach its next stage of growth?
Area 01
Grow
You have a target — another state, another hundred dealers, twice the revenue. The question is rarely whether the market is there. It is whether the business can get there without running out of cash, people or the founder's time on the way.
What we look at
- Revenue growth by dealer, territory and product
- Dealer and distributor expansion
- Franchise expansion
- Entering a new state: market, logistics, warehousing, sales team, working capital and registrations
- The order to do things in

Area 02
Scale
At 20 dealers the owner knows every one of them. At 150, decisions queue outside one office, every warehouse does things its own way, and new staff learn the job by watching someone who might leave.
What we look at
- Process design and SOPs
- One way of running order-to-dispatch across locations
- Organisation design, regional management and who decides what
- Warehousing and distribution
- Franchise operations and support

Area 03
Control
Sales quote one number, accounts another, and the real figure arrives three weeks after month-end. Credit limits get extended over the phone. Nobody can say which dealers make money once the cost of serving them is counted.
What we look at
- KPIs that match how the business makes money
- Dealer and customer profitability
- Inventory, receivables and credit discipline
- Management reporting and the monthly rhythm
- Performance management

Area 04
Comply
Ten locations can be managed from one person's memory. Fifty cannot. Every state you trade in needs its own GST registration, every establishment its own registrations and licences, and the evidence for all of them has to be found when an inspector or auditor asks.
We are not a law firm and we don't give legal advice. We design how compliance runs as the business grows. Where it needs a dedicated system, we work with Sazinga, whose Comply platform runs registers, evidence and inspections.
What we look at
- One register of every obligation per entity and location, with an owner and a due date
- Evidence that can be produced on demand
- Audit readiness
- Corrective actions that actually get closed
- Governance across locations

Area 05
Transform with AI
Everyone is being told to use AI. Many growing businesses have a different problem first: price lists in three versions, policies nobody wrote down, and numbers nobody trusts. AI built on that gives confident wrong answers, faster.
Where AI has to be built into your systems, Sazinga's engineers do that work.
What we look at
- AI readiness — data, written knowledge and policy
- Which tasks AI should assist and which stay with people
- AI-assisted sales, reporting and customer service
- Business knowledge AI can use
- Governance: what data AI may see, which decisions need a person, how AI actions are audited
